Tasvir Ahmad Faheem is partner of JBD Tech. He led JBD Tech from being startup IT solutions firm to becoming one of the leading IT solutions companies working on various innovative verticals in Bangladesh. He did his B.Sc in Computer Science from London Metropolitan University, UK, and MBA from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands. He worked for various companies and projects in Bangladesh, Netherlands, Malta, England, and Germany. He is a seasoned professional with year-after-year success in building up companies from the ground zero, achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within dynamic and highly competitive environments. He is skilled at building and nurturing relationships with key clients/potential customers/OEMs at decision-making levels to generate fresh/repeat business opportunities in addition to that handling new product lines and geographies by utilizing strong market management, dealer/channel development, and outbound communication skills. He has proven competencies in devising innovative/effective business model enhancement strategies to achieve better market penetration, create million-dollar revenue streams and garner a reasonable market share. Nurunnassa Choudhury Nasim is Managing partner of JBD Tech. She has a total experience of over 20 years, working in different capacities including Software development, Operations, Presales, Service and Support department, etc. As a technical and business development executive with a track record of handling large and critical IT operations. She has experience in managing large teams and complex organizations. Adept at providing hands-on guidance in managing complex IT projects, building a long-term productive relationship with all the stakeholders as well as optimizing productivity. She has wide experience in public and private sector IT products & service procurement and contracts negotiation and management. She is passionate about winning early strategic clients, opening up new markets for new IT products, and creative marketing strategies. She has technology/domain expertise including enterprise software and solutions, handling complex support, operations management, and supply chain management. The following are a few projects that she oversaw as a project manager: Mutual Trust Bank data center project, Army HQ LAN deployment project, Bangladesh Army, SCB data center project with 7/24 mission-critical support, SICT Project - Bangladesh Secretariat data center project, Sonali Bank and Agrani Bank nationwide branch banking project, and so on.

He has a total experience of over 16+ years, working in different capacities including Software development, Operations, sales, and Service etc. He did his BBA from the City University of Malaysia. He worked his way up through Sales and Marketing, BPO service, and trading business. His business applications knowledge from ground-level operations to strategic customer service is a key asset of the company. Jahidul Islam is target oriented and is a self-motivated team leader always eager to contribute to the dynamics of customer service, core business objectives of the organization that rewards reliability and work ethics, and opportunities for professional growth. He has wide-ranging experience in contact center operations, client support services, and optimizing profitability through efficiency

Dr. Afroza Akter (Lucky)

4. Dr. Afroza Akter (Lucky) is our consultant for medical-related BPO services. She did her MPH from NIPSOM, and BDS from Dhaka University. Currently, she is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in the Department of Orthodontics, Military Dental Center, and Dhaka. She worked as a consultant at Bangladesh Bank.
